DPDK Trace subsystem introduced in v22.05 version. The purpose of this presentation is to go through the design, implementation, need for trace, and usage of the trace subsystem in DPDK. Also go through the "Trace Compass" GUI tool to analyze the trace events generated by DPDK.
I am part of DPDK tech board. Also maintaining next-event and next-net-mrvl DPDK tree. I am also responsible for maintaining Trace, Graph, Eventdev subsystem in DPDK. I work for Marvell.
